Adjustable Exercise Stretch Bands are easy to adjust which allows kids to improve strength and flexibility quickly and effectively. Comes with 3 Bands with one set of handles for ages 4 & Up. Tim's Workout Tips: For kids under 10 years old, have your parent with you to count. Place feet shoulder width apart, grip the handles tightly and try to keep tension on the band. With palms facing toward you, start by pulling the band apart. Slowly bring it back together. Do 15-20 reps of this exercise.

You don't need to jump high, just enough to get over the rope. Try doing this for one minute and see how many jumps you can do. The next time, see if you can beat your last count for one minute. After you have beaten your last count, than add one more minute to your time.

Curl the weights towards your chest for 15-20 reps. Also, push the dumbbells over your head, bring back down to o chest and than push up again. Make sure you breathe out as you push up, and keep your abs tight. Repeat that excercise 10 times.
